Payment for each lesson is due at scheduling.
The terms of service are extremely flexible: you can discontinue services whenever you choose. No contracts or termination fee.
Requests for refund made 3 days prior to the lesson in question will be granted in full.
For absences due to unforeseen circumstances, like illness, you will be allowed to reschedule or get a 50% refund.
